If you’re a design/developer/writer or in any kind of profession that needs to have your projects managed, Process ($39, but free!) might be one of the applications you might consider.

Process is a project management app by Jumsoft, whose “Money” app that I’ve been using to manage my finance from day one. The app lets you organize and schedule your action items neatly on an easy to use interface. Here’s some of the features I find useful:

Syncing with iCal

Ability to sync with iCals means taking your project management needs to another level. That’s if you use iCal as your default calendar application.

Collaboration – Share Projects via Bonjour

The sharing function works in a snap. I can’t tell you how easy it is to share your project items in no more than two click. If you have 2 Macs or would like to collaborate with your partner or co-workers, this function is a god send.

Any updates will be updated in an instant. You can even share attachments, any file formats like PDF, text files, docs, music, any file type you can name, by attaching the files to any project item.

Attaching files to projects

As I mentioned, you can attach any files to your projects. Clicking on the icon shows you a preview of the file (if supported) at the bottom. Files can be also be shared across the network, forget about Mac OS X’s public dropbox, or dropping files on others’ desktop adding on to their mess!
