Ommwriter – A Writing App That Inspires
My partner discovered this beautiful gem recently. She’s a person who likes crafts, shoes, fashion and things like that, it’s very unusual of her to download an app, but she did and showed it to me. I looked at the app in awe. It was beautiful, inspirational, and the app is called – Ommwriter.
If you’re a scriptwriter, blogger, journalist, copywriter, poet, or just someone who enjoys writing, you will most likely like this app.
The fullscreen feature that eliminates distraction reminds me of Writeroom. But free, and with a twist.
The app loads up with a beautiful background, although changeable, also plays a soothing background music to smoothen the flow of inspiration in the writing process.
User Interface
I find Ommwriter absolutely clever when it comes to user interface. As this is a writing app, you’ll be using your keyboard most of the time, so when your mouse is not moving, the controls will be hidden.
The moment you move your mouse, Ommwriter knows that you need to adjust something, so the controls start fading in at this point of time.
